Not only have we used the Daily Mile to focus on our mental wellbeing this week, we have also had a visit from the mindful minis team, who have provided every class in school with a peaceful and relaxing mindfulness session! There were elements of yoga, breathing and meditation taking place, and it was lovely to see all of our children so engaged and thinking about practicing self-care. We will be using some of the techniques learned in our own classroom environments to help with our focus.
