This half term has got off to a great start at Beckfoot Allerton!

Year 6 pupils went on a residential visit to Ingleborough Hall last week. This is always a highlight of the year for both children and staff. The children wore their SCARF throughout and were challenged with activities including caving and climbing. They were definitely taken out of their comfort zone and responded with positivity and enthusiasm. They were a credit to the school and their families and all the instructors commented on their attitudes to learning, resilience and good manners! To see the children grow in confidence over the course of three days was quite remarkable.

If you would like to find out more about the Ingleborough Hall visit please join us for the Year 6 Assembly on Thursday 28th November 2019 at 10.15am. We are already busy making arrangements for the visit to Ingleborough Hall in 2020/21! Watch this space.
